(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial off-the-shelf case management system for document and track complaints, automate the processes, standardize and streamline the workflows, provide management reporting, and integrate with a call and records and file management system.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
