[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours telephone answering services during Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am including all weekends and holidays plus any occasional days.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 3,600 minutes.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
