[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student housing management system for the financial management of all housing related fees at the university includes determining and setting appropriate housing rates, billing occupants, adjusting billing, collecting payments and financial reconciliation and reporting, handles room or unit rates and billing rules, handles invoicing for occupants, handles deposits, room/unit assignment billing and changes to automatically generate appropriate billing, handles differing room/unit types and billing periods, handles supplemental billing for usage fees, issues receipts when payments are made, tracks deposits, billing and payment history by occupant or group, handles billing adjustments and reversals, details on any scheduling application and time reporting available and other financial functionality which would be of value to the university.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
