- Allows for an unlimited number of statuses for candidates.
- Provides configurable approval workflow for hiring candidates.
- Automatically creates user accounts for new hires.
- Ability to support a paperless onboarding process.
- Ability to maintain a staff and HR viewable training calendar, tracking of training completion, ability to print sign-in sheets based on employee course enrollment records, tracking for certification expiry dates and reminder notifications, solution supports quick and secure
access to all relevant employee data, ability to customize performance assessment documents to be
completed on-line, provides reminders for managers and hr for the completion of assessments, provides alerting capabilities to notify approver of pending time off requests.

Onshore (Canada Only)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
