[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a ticket management software solution for locate tracking, monitoring and management that streamlines the service request process includes manual data input and ticket assignment through email.
• On premise solution consuming map services provided through current ArcGIS Server
• Allow for redline marking and measuring within the GIS map
• Meet all reporting compliance regulations for utility ticketing
• GPS for in field locating
• Capability to print ticket details
• Automatically assigns tickets based on location and request type
• Automatically update ticket status and completed date through one call
• Streamline and automate locate process workflow
• Must be accessible in the field through laptop or tablet
• Ability to send SMS or email response for emergency flagged locates
• Maintain a ticket data archive with search capabilities
• Vendor to provide software training
• Ability to attach documents and pictures to tickets
• Must be able to have multiple user types (i.e. admin and locators)
• Software support provided by vendor included in annual fee
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (Canada ONLY);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
