[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search for chief administrative officer and head of branch to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Assist in developing the position profile, and to develop the search methodology and recruiting strategy suited to the search for the chief administrative officer and head of branch
- Working with the search committee, the successful proponent shall develop a methodology and timelines; execute stakeholder consultations; planning; recruitment; applicant screening; evaluations; interviews; reference checks; and a summary of recommendations
- Provide to the university, at no additional cost, a minimum twelve-month quality guarantee and candidate replacement, should the first successful candidate leave the employ of the university and if the first successful candidate’s job performance is determined to be unsatisfactory in the sole opinion of the university
- Provide advice and direction in order for a positive on-boarding experience for the successful candidate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2022.

Onshore (Canada Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
