[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource information system and staff scheduling system.
- HR Administration capture and securely store basic personal information for each employee such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, job role, banking information, employment history, status with regulated colleges, etc. that will be used for all other HR processes.
- Benefits/Pension Management – ability to manage employee benefits plan options across multiple employee groups track employee benefits choices, automate program enrollment, apply deductions, track costs and contributions, and integrate with any third-party benefit suppliers.
- Payroll – receive data from Time and Attendance that is required to calculate and pay salaries, withhold appropriate taxes and deductions, access to online/self-serve pay stubs and perform direct deposit to the employees’ bank account. Plus, system’s ability to have multiple parent organizations that leverage the same infrastructure.
- Onboarding– automate the new employee onboarding steps such as offer tracking, completion of onboarding paperwork, user accounts creation, badge access, scheduling new employee orientation, first day preparation, etc.
- Employee Self Service – a digital portal and mobile application that provides employees with the ability to manage their personal data such as updating their address/marital status, upload documents, access benefit statement, pay stubs, tax slips, etc., complete online forms, submit vacation requests, book a meeting with a Human Resource Advisor, etc.
- Learning Management – an online portal to create and present custom training courses with the ability to integrate content from third parties such as insurance providers, enterprise resource planning systems, etc.
- Employee Self Services – A portal or mobile application to permit employees to pick up or bid on open shifts, post or swap their own shifts, be notified of shift changes, track hours and jobs worked, etc.
- Reporting – operational dashboard views providing managers with an in-depth visualization of real-time and predictive information on staff scheduling for leaders to use to optimizing their workforce.
- Time and Attendance – timesheet management to track employee total worked hours by period by job including shift premiums, on-call, overtime, etc., vacation balances, time off requests, sick requests and monitor any absence from the workplace. Data will be routed to payroll for pay processing.
(2) An optional proponent meeting will be held on May 5, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 11, 2022.
