[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide school website refresh services.
• Drupal core, contributed and custom modules
• Drupal contributed and custom themes
• Website(s) configuration and usage tasks
• Website(s) not operating as expected within its environment
• Drupal modules or themes not interacting as expected
• Repository of modules and code for the websites (e.g., GitHub)
• Apache Subversion (SVN)
• Active Directory Integration Support (as relates to Drupal only)
• Advice on best practices and Drupal related questions
• SEO Search should return results from both Board and School sites.
- The solution allows proper workflow - with which the school content submissions will be routed to the individual school site approver rather than the Board site approver.
- Content contributors at each school will have the ability to create News Items. The content in the News Items presented on the school website will consist of content created and maintained by the school as well as content the school can select from the Board’s website, optionally.
- The design and arrangement of these will be consistent with the main site and will be locked to prevent changes that are not approved or authorized to the layout and structure of the home page.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
