[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Integrated Communications Services including public relations (corporate and project communications), public engagement and outreach, marketing communications (creative and design), experiential marketing, and other services.
1. Corporate and Project Communications
a. Public and Stakeholder Engagement (including but not limited to):
• Engagement strategy
• Interactive, experiential events such as popups
• Online engagement platforms
• Measurement and evaluation
b. Digital production services (Video production and videography, animations)
2. Marketing Communications (including but not limited to):
• Research and concept development
• Brand strategy
• Copywriting
• Editing
• Graphic design
• Illustration
• Photography
• Multimedia
3. Experiential Marketing (including but not limited to):
a. Conception, development and execution of owned properties
b. Exhibition/Display design and fabrication
c. Event Management and Production:
• Event planning and production
• Artistic direction
• Experiential marketing.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 25, 2022.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
