[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based customer database with a front-end user e-commerce system and parking access and revenue control system.
- Solution pass credit card transaction data directly to the city’s preferred payment processing vendor via the city existing account at the rates negotiated by the city.
- System is accessible through a web-based interface which supports the latest version of the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.
- System provides a fully responsive mobile solution with complete functionality and must be device agnostic.
- Offer a simple, user-friendly online interface for parking permit sales.
- Set-up, issue, track and inventory permits. A relationship can be established between the customer’s record, vehicle(s) and permit number.
- Can determine permit and payment types applicable to users based on category or custom logic.
- Allow for employees to charge to a payroll deduction plan and produce export files as necessary.
- Issue and track temporary and on-demand permit which can be customizable.
- Allow third-parties to setup single or batch use on-demand permits and apply the charge to designated accounts for group meetings and special events.
- Automatically calculate appropriate taxes and allow direct access to information related to the permit.
- Email receipts to users and retain receipts to be printed on demand.
(2) Contract term will be five years.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
