[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a consultant to provide IT professional services to the government authority located in London, ON.
- Provide implementation service and support of VMWare version 7.x running on Cisco UCS version 4.x integrated into a Cisco ACI version 5.x architecture in a three phased approach.
• Development of production ready platform
• Migration of production services into the production ready platform
• Knowledge transfer, documentation and onboarding of project team on the implementation and solution
• Provide estimates for the activities (cost and time for all phases)
• Develop implementation plan
• Develop migration plan to minimize user impact
• Prepare documentation of:
- New Architecture
- Policy Definition
- High level training material
- Support Processes
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 16, 2022
