Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for employment branding and advertising services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employment branding and advertising services
- Distinctness of brand, opportunity, work environment and culture are important factors in a labour market where there is often little that differentiates employers. ability to enhance and to expand recognition of its brand will be an imperative factor in attracting new candidates, and in retaining existing staff
- Seeking to partner with a marketing and advertising agency with expertise in recruitment marketing and advertising to develop and execute an innovative recruitment advertising program to attract and engage top talent that includes:
- Development of a clearly defined employer brand and differentiating position for consisting of:
- articulation of positioning statement
- key message platform
- employee value proposition (EVP)
- messaging tone and style
- Development of an ‘Talent Brand’ Theme and Visual Identity consistent with corporate brand consisting of:
- creative concepts including campaign theme (three different options to choose from)
- A toolkit of visual identity components and brand management assets for use, and branded templates that are consistent with corporate brand. Toolkit will consist of: ibrand guide, job posting assets, print ad templates, digital and social media templates, email marketing templates
- Recommendations and insights to effectively activate and manage employer brand, over time, for maximum results
- Development of a clear brand value statement, including a detailed blueprint to deploy the employer brand across our various recruitment channels (e.g., social media, website, other);
- Recommendations in this plan will include a wide range of channels and tactics including job postings, print and digital advertising, pay-per-click, social media, events, etc. All media costs within the recruitment marketing plan must be quoted. Execution of the marketing plan should also include: proofreading; media research, planning and scheduling; volume contract negotiation and administration; customized expenditure summaries and lineage reports of total expenditures, inclusive of vendor program expenses, advertising costs, and expenses related to the operationalization of approved plans
- Strategies and tactics to market recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill roles and/or scarce talent pools, including specialty clinical positions
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2022.

Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
