Vendor needs to provide online language training platform that offers a fully interactive, modular based, second language training program in English and French.
- The program is to be provided so employees can have a flexible approach to their training through self-study accessible at any time. In order to provide employees, the opportunity to take training according to their work schedules and/or professional and personal obligations.
- Agency requires an already-developed online language training software application that offers a fully interactive, modular-based training program in English and French. The program is to be provided so employees can develop their language skills through self-study.
- In order to provide employees with flexible training opportunities, Agency requires a learning approach that adapts to the employees’ different schedules and needs, which includes: audio/video segments, self-led activities and exercises with immediate scoring tests and reference materials.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
