Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for parking and enforcement management solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking and enforcement management solution and streamline the parking ticket processing and parking permit issuance process.
1. Digital Ticketing Ability via Licence Plate Recognition (LPR);
2. Real-time communication between officer and parking office;
3. Real-time communication between officers with abilities to share ticketing tasks and vehicle tracking;
4. Parking Ticket Data Storage and Reporting Capabilities;
5. Officer Tracking Capabilities;
6. Real-Time communication with parking machines;
7. On-street and lot parking permit issuance and management via (LPR);
8. Online payment of parking tickets at various stages (and amounts) of the process using either our existing portal or a new vendor supplied one;
9. Online purchases and renewals of on-street and parking lot monthly/yearly parking permits;
10. Handheld support for Apple iOS as a preference, or Android as a secondary
11. Integration tools (preferably a Rest API) for pulling open tickets and permits from the parking management software to our custom cashiering software Web Cashier (which has a robust API for integrations) as well as applying payments collected through this system back to the parking management software;
12. Integration with leading mobile parking payment systems
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 11, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
