e. Interpersonal conflict counselling
f. Substance abuse and additions counselling
g. Financial counselling and resources
h. Nutrition counselling and resources
i. Legal counselling and resources
j. Career coaching and resources
- 2.    Employee Wellness Online Platform
a. Health Risk Assessments
b. Individual Health Summary Report
c. Incentives and Rewards (ie. discounts, gym memberships, nutrition)
d. Wellness Promotions
e. Training ie. Lunch and learn etc. (unlimited)
f. Online Coaching
g. Wellness content Library
h. Utilization statistics and management reports (2) All question must be submitted no later than February 10, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.
