[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide academic calendar and curriculum management software
- Published academic calendar is displayed in a User-friendly format,
- academic calendar editors create/update content (e.g., program page templates, course templates, non-academic pages) and perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., broken links, accessibility check, grammar/spell check),
- the workflow management/business logic capabilities/features of the academic calendar management module, feature is used to make these types of edits and how the information is then shared between the two modules (academic calendar and curriculum management).
- the ability to keep the same URL year to year, with unique URLs for archived content (for ease of linking directly to archived pages),
- The ability to find similar instances and make bulk edits/changes to the academic calendar
- To make edits/amendments to live /current and/or archived calendars (with or without the curriculum management workflows),
- Provide an overview of the types of curriculum (e.g., courses, programs, rules, non-academic information, program reviews) that the software system is able to accommodate or not accommodate.
- the features available for flagging/searching existing content for impacts of motions and address if these can be used to communicate the impacts to other stakeholders.
- Custom report development services will be provided at fee when requested.
- The ability to collect and report on web analytics (e.g., number of page views; search terms; duration of visit, etc.) for the academic calendar.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2022.

Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
