Vendor needs to provide new property management software program to assist us in researching and implementing a new property management software system that will improve workflow processes and create efficiencies.
- Conduct a review of our current property management software and work with staff to identify process gaps, conduct needs assessments, and map out current and future state process mapping
- Complete thorough research of available property management software systems that would help improve our current process gaps
- Arrange demo presentations from selected vendors
- Provide recommendations on a new property management software system
- Develop a transition and implementation plan
- Support the team and vendor to finalize the purchase of the new software program
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the new property management program
- Assist with transferring the related information from our current property management program to the new program
- Lead and coordinate training for staff.
