[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information system on dynamics 365.
- Globally as the single HR system by all staff and should be adapted to the reality of all countries has an office location
- As a self-service portal for employees to manage their HR related requests and at the same time a portal for managers to manage their staff
- As the single system for all HR needs including time and attendance, travel and expenses management, employee onboarding, recruitment management, employee performance measurement, compensation and benefits management and other core HR functions
- The entry point for employees’ information feeding into other systems via integration
- Meet with the HR department key stakeholders to understand, refine and articulate the functions needed globally and translate them, including the workflows, into a system
- Based on industry best practice, the automation capabilities, and the ability to integrate data from modules and systems propose simplification and improvements to current HR workflows
- Time and Attendance tracking: ability to assign employees to grants and projects, manage monthly attendance as per approval workflow and ability to run reports against employees, grants and projects to have an overview of the attendance, inform the pay and accounting systems on the attendance of each employee
- Recruitment Management (automated process): position planning for upcoming recruitments – budget calculation per headcount, Integration with major job portals such as LinkedIn, indeed and particularly the not-for-profit marketplace such as charity village, Talent searching, job advertising platform, applicant pool and filtering, CV parsing, interviews and tests, sharing and tracking job offers, conversion of a candidate into an employee
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 4, 2022.
