[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide growth strategies as well as provide better customer and member insights and analytics.
- Conducts regular member and student surveys as one input, however we have a need to develop customer journey maps and understand price sensitivities as well as understand member and customer preferences and leverage points within the portfolio of programs and services.
- These insights and analytics will inform the creation of customer journey maps within the Lifecycles Project, inform the Pricing Strategy and inform the Growth Strategy.
- Firm that is well-versed and experienced in customer and market insights and analytics.
- The successful vendor for all three components has the expertise to conduct focus groups, administer surveys, conduct conjoint analysis and administer behavioral sciences research. Also, it is important that each vendor has experience and expertise in the creation of customer personas.
(2) Additional payment will be required to pay to obtain the Main RFP document (Apart from RFPMart charges). This notice only refers to contact details of contracting authority.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2021

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
