[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising services for including creative production costs for all ads, all media purchases, all fees, any commission costs, all pre-approved related expenses and making recommendations for innovative approaches to media buying that could achieve the public awareness objectives includes account management services, immersion into the business,
development of communications plans and budget estimates.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 11, 2018.
(3) A contract term should be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
