[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services including the examination of records and financial statement of the corporation and all of its local boards, and other specific programs to the government authority located in Simcoe, ON.
- Planning and performance of the audit.
- Performing tests of internal controls and another documentary evidence.
- Review of adjusting journal entries.
- Review of the financial statement and other financial reports.
- Issuing final auditor’s report on consolidated financial statement.
- Technical assistance throughout the fiscal year.
- Audit of all agency’s trust fund.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 3, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be five year.
