[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voice communications strategy services and roadmap.
- The desired outcome from this engagement is a strategy that will enable organizational actors across all roles, work locations, and devices used. The roadmap that will be developed should lead to an end-state with voice communications being integrated with the M365 platform and a seamless experience provided to users.
- The goal of these sessions would be to identify specific requirements of each stakeholder group to be incorporated into a final strategy, as well as to highlight trends and plan for future needs to optimize the upcoming technology investment.
- Review of Existing Solutions/Capabilities – Review and analysis of the existing communication solutions, how they are utilized and challenges that exist. Evaluation of the capabilities of each in-place solution and suitability for use in supporting UC Strategy.
- Review of Existing Infrastructure – Review of the existing communications infrastructure, licensing, and configuration. This should highlight any potential challenges related to migrating to alternative solutions.
- Report of Findings – This report should detail the stakeholders who were included as a part of the engagement and learnings gleaned from the organizational actors. In addition, the report should share the outcomes of the reviews of solutions and infrastructure in place and the solutions that were reviewed with Information Services staff. The report should also note any options that are not available due to requirements that were identified as a part of the engagement or because of dependencies such as integration with the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Voice Communications Strategy Document – This document will be the final outcome of the engagement, including an executive summary, aforementioned reports, analysis of the desired target state, gaps and the consultant’s recommendations. Potential costs, risks and benefits associated with each of the solution options should be provided as a part of the document.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2021.
