[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital integration and asset management plan and strategy services
- The supply, installation, implementation, and support of an asset management software system that will integrate with the Township’s accounting software (Diamond).
- The development of a comprehensive asset management plan for core assets which meets the requirements
- Asset Management Software Solution:
- Improve the management of the Township’s asset information (inventory management, condition, valuations, levels of service, risk and life cycle management)
- Provide at a minimum demand analysis, scenario planning, life cycle analysis, risk analysis, and accounting functionality
- Provide a budgeting module with long-term financial forecasting for asset replacement
- Integrate with the Township’s accounting software (Diamond)
- Be flexible enough to meet the needs of all departments of the Township of Tiny (Finance, Public Works, etc.)
- Be mobile and GIS capable
- Include the importation of all current Township data which is stored in Excel and GIS formats
- Include training to pertinent Township staff on the use of the software
- Include maintenance and support of the software
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
