[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public portal solution that will integrate with internal applications.
- solution will enable citizens and businesses the opportunity to submit online applications, plans, including relevant attachments, for permits and licenses in order to improve to increase customer satisfaction and realize the operational benefits of citizen self-service
- ability to view the status and updates to submitted applications.
- allows governments to quickly deliver sophisticated e-commerce and e-business solutions
- More access to government service and better client interaction via the web portal
- Improved control and dissemination of records
- Electronic review of applications and supporting documentation
- Real-time application tracking
- Ability to apply for a Business License workflow with an online application from, upload attachments, and declarations
- Ability to save the application page and return to it
- Renew License workflow with an online renewal form, based on the Apply for License form and functionality
- Ability to allow Developers to book Online Building Inspections.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2021.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
