[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based records management system to manage the City’s physical and electronic records.
- implement a technology solution, provide training, project management services and post implementation support
- Transition and migrate data from the City’s current physical records tracking system (OmniRIM) to the proponent’s solution
- ability to securely store and manage electronic information in accordance with the City’s Records Retention Schedule by providing records management solution that will integrate with, and extend, the document and records management capabilities within O365
- administration and end-user training, implementation services, system installation and configuration, and assisting with the development of policies for records management within O365
- migrate to Office 365 and SharePoint provides an ideal opportunity to adopt a new records management solution
- deploy barcode technology and scanners
- add new users and assign user profiles to the users
- create files.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
