[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft 365 implementation services from the existing google business suite, as well as related telecommunications or collaboration software.
- Microsoft 365 business or frontline packages as required to meet the needs of different levels of users.
- Allow flexibility of month-by-month changes in licensing by user or by package.
- Migration to be performed as seamlessly as possible including actively synching data between google and microsoft accounts and assistance migrating on a per user basis as required.
- Full compatibility with existing files created or modified in office 2016 Professional for Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Include scope of work documenting all migration steps to be taken, partly responsible for step, and cost of migration and ongoing monthly or yearly fees.
- Provide retention and data protection with requirements depending on role of the user.
- Exchange domain e-mail both web based and local clients, as well as mobile for iOS or android.
- Provide Microsoft Teams for chat or video conferencing, with voice to be added in subsequent phase.
- Ability to add Intune for mobile users with Business Standard package, and on shared workstations for Frontline licensed users.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2021.
