[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism business wayfinding strategy services that directs residents and tourists to key tourism and travel destination points throughout the Region
- The purpose of the strategy is to establish and deliver a unified signage program throughout the Region to:
- Enhance wayfinding for residents and visitors;
- Improve visitor access;
- Increase growth in the region’s brand awareness and tourism appeal;
- Clustering of tourism products for easier access;
- Stronger Regional linkages; and
- Increase support of existing tourism attractions and businesses
- to increase economic impact throughout the Region by utilizing clear directional signage to promote awareness and visits to our attractions and assets,
- The signage program will also ensure consistency and will reduce the variety of signage that is currently in place. This will also help to implement a recognizable, cohesive identity that communicates a welcoming, innovative and authentic experience. Once the signage strategy and design concept is developed, it will be used as the corporate standard for scheduled replacements and new proposed signage
- the signage strategy shall:
- Create and reinforce the County’s profile and community pride by creating signage that establishes a unique and recognizable sense of place, identity and interconnectedness using the corporate logo and brand,
-Produce a system that presents the appropriate amount of information at the correct time to inform wayfinding decisions.
- Provide editable working files (digital) for each sign type will be provided so that the text and symbols can be adapted to produce individual signs as needed. Final files for both web and print in all applicable colour variations will be required including: Scalable vector files, High resolution JPG files, High resolution PNG files, High resolution PDF.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
