Vendor needs to provide website audit services to determine the effectiveness of the university
website in meeting user needs and finding opportunities to make improvements. The audit should include recommendations based on industry best practices and trends. A redesign for the website is scheduled for next year, however, this website audit is a separate project. The results of this audit will be used to guide the redesign and find opportunities for enhancements in the interim.
