[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-employment testing software to screen and assess the technical knowledge and skills of applicants during the recruitment process.
- diverse and comprehensive set of skills-based and aptitude-based tests
- capability to create custom designed tests that include a variety of formats, including multiple choice, short-answer, true or false, and more
- Allows for tests to be pre-scheduled and sent to candidates
- user friendly in both the testing setup interface, as well as the reporting and communication of results
- Allows for the ability to have candidates to complete the tests on a variety of devices as appropriate
- applications are accessible from various client devices through either a thin client interface, such as a web browser (e.g., web-based email), or a program interface
- manage or control the underlying cloud infrastructure including network, servers, operating systems, storage, or even individual application capabilities, with the possible exception of limited user specific application configuration settings
- Prescheduling, such that it sends out automated emails to candidates at their scheduled testing times with test instructions
- Customizable testing time-limits
- Custom test building with unique questions
- Ability to only collect candidate name and email address information
- Ability to have candidates complete the tests on a variety of devices such as mobile phone, tablets and personal computers via internet
- Ability to limit access so candidates will not receive test results or be able to view tests once complete.
- Ability to integrate with one or more third party applicant tracking systems
- Ability to customize the testing portal with the City logo and branding
- adequate security to cover end to end encryption, adequate data protection for user profiles, user access and authentication attempt logging, security and audit reporting features.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
