[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits-driven procurement strategy development services
- Community and staff engagement to understand the barriers and opportunities facing “diverse” suppliers (e.g. Indigenous, women, new immigrant owned businesses, etc.)
- The development of guiding principles / outcomes for benefits-driven procurement based on engagement and best practice
- The development of a feedback mechanism for on-going engagement with “diverse” suppliers
- The development of a draft Benefits-Driven Procurement Policy and corresponding implementation tools/structures
- The development of reporting and progress tracking mechanisms
- Develop an internal and external communication strategy for the development and implementation of a benefits-driven procurement policy.
- Development of comprehensive set of rated criteria to be used in subsequent RFX events. Criteria to be developed for each benefit-driven procurement category.
- Identify and develop a framework, including processes and procedures and appropriate performance measures for the benefits-driven procurement pilot.
- Develop training (combination of literature and video) for internal and external audiences on benefits-driven procurement to support adoption.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
