[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student administration and registration system for a customized bolt-on was developed to allow students to pay for their courses online at the time of enrolment. However, given the changes MCE has experienced over the past several years, i.e., an increase in partnerships with internal and external organizations, an increase in professional development programming, and the introduction of short, micro-credential courses, it has become increasingly clear that a more flexible, efficient and user-friendly system is required to support MCE’s business processes and non-traditional student base moving forward. Key deliverables and capabilities of the new system would include:
• Supports all credit and non-credit program offerings, including short courses and micro-credentials;
• Provides a user friendly, intuitive, online shopping cart experience;
• Enables the ability to use mobile/tablet devices (or any device) and capability to work with all browsers;
• Allows flexible pricing models and discounts;
• Provides flexible enrolment and payment options to support increase in partnerships with internal and external organizations;
• Provides increased reporting capability for enrolment, demographics, financials and validation of data entry.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
