[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document accessibility and remediation services to produces electronic documents in many different formats to the government authority located in Toronto, ON.
- Most documents requiring remediation are in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF file formats
- documents or files produced using other proprietary software may require remediation
- Software file formats may also include but are not limited to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Test document using industry standard screen readers and magnifiers to ensure compatibility with multiple adaptive technology solutions
- Provide the file transfer tool and any related functionality supported by the tool
- Transfer the remediated documents through a secure file transfer process
- Be available to answer service and document remediation questions and address any follow-up issues for the duration of the contract.
(2) All questions had been submitted on August 23, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
