Vendor needs to provide court management solution.
- Capable of integrating with key existing platforms and related systems platforms.
- Capable of automating workflows in the case lifecycle.
- Online cloud storage of case related files and information.
- Seamless electronic submission capability allowing documents and case files to be submitted by the public and professionals online.
- Manage a large volume of diverse data.
- Report and record bail for the province and interjurisdictional transfers.
- Ability for authorized users to access and modify documents.
- Ability to record hearings and save the recordings in the system and to integrate with industry leading in-court audio or video technologies.
- Must be able to file documents, pay court fees online or request a fee waiver, receive messages from the court accepting or issuing or declining or rejecting the filings and other messages.
- System to support complex financial processes including refund disbursements to clients and counsel, online and under manual environments as well as provide records and financial reports that support modern financial management requirements.
- An integrated lawyer or legal professional directory capturing name, professional organization and other contact information that can be edited by authorized users when required.
- Optimized calendaring and scheduling functionality capable of streamlining current processes.
- Out of the box capability to integrate with other systems both for inbound and outbound data exchange allowing for real-time as well as batch-oriented interfaces.
