[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing communications services to provide strategic support of its social, economic, cultural and regulatory objectives.
- A diversity of government advertising and marketing communications pool Vendors will offer solutions in different areas, from full service, wide-ranging multi-channel campaigns to project-based efforts to robustly support an initiative
- Develop and support cooperative marketing programs to amplify efforts, investments, and support state goals
- Develop a data-driven approach to advertising and communications, integrating audience preferences and broader solutions and trends that impact campaign or project success
- Other creative, media buying and planning, PR, social media, content and other client partners, teams and Vendors may appropriately collaborate to form strategic enhancements
- Concept creative materials and campaign elements (e.g. digital, cinema, print, radio, TV, OOH, events presence) and multi-platform executions
- Multi-Channel Content Planning, Development and Integration
- Multicultural & Indigenous Marketing: Create strategy and communication elements for multi-cultural or global audiences to reach the ‘new mainstream’: millions of consumers and business in multicultural & indigenous marketplaces at home and globally
- Cooperative and Promotional Marketing: Develop assets and materials with creative extension opportunities for Client partners, influencers and stakeholders to form unified, synergistic campaigns
- Website strategy, planning and design: Branded marketing campaign landing pages, user experience-based to generate action; concepts for customized and targeted home and landing pages; mobile-optimized
- Digital Marketing Media and Social Media Marketing: Includes strategy, creative, production and tracking
- Copy Writing, Editing and Proofreading
- Translation, Trans-adaptation and Trans-creation

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
