[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreation booking software solution.
- A single cloud based pre-configured suite of a parks and recreation solution that includes:
a. System to book and accept payments for facility bookings.
b. System to accept program registration.
c. System to host financial/ecommerce/reports for the above.
d. Other pertinent information, costs capital and operational.
- Project management, installation, implementation and migration of current and historical data from the current solution
- Post launch support, training and maintenance of the solution
- Planned, recurring and on demand professional service.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
