[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system.
- System is fully automated allowing internal and external applicants to apply to vacant positions
- Ability to have separate URL site links for access to job postings, External applicant jobs versus Internal postings for employees only
- Ability to customize site page with banners or wrappers specific
- Add position qualifications and competency matching
- Applicant database which lists every applicant that has ever applied, submitted a resume, regardless of how far they progressed through the hiring/recruiting process
- Fast search on resume text, search fields, profile information, applicant status and application fields
- Unlimited Data fields - all data fields are searchable including searching capabilities by keywords, workflow, location, or date of application
- Integration with job-boards and social media
- ability to control confidentiality and information retention
- Configurable retention schedules for applicant information, posting information and screening information - internal and external postings
- Ability to create and maintain screening questions with weighting and desired answer key
- Ability to record results of various testing stages required as Pass/Fail.
- Ability for applicant to create unique user profile and maintain profile for personal information, education, training, languages, professional certifications, skills, employment history and community commitment
- Ability for applicant to manage and update their user profile as required.
- Ability for applicant to see status of posting
- Mobile-friendly application processes for candidates
- Ability to designate posting open and closing dates, posting automatically removed from the site at closing date
- Ability to communicate various stages of the process directly to the applicant, confirmation of application, invitation for testing, request for interview, request for background authorization, offer of employment
- Customizable email templates and message scheduling to multiple candidates.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
