[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP telephony system to integrate communication with business processes and requirements.
- The solution should enable global presence capabilities while presenting a consistent unified user interface and user experience across multiple devices and media types such as, but not necessarily limited to laptop, tablets, mobile phone that utilize windows, apple and chrome operation software system and desktops handsets
- Telephony
- Conferencing solution
- Instant messaging and presence
- Microsoft teams
- Compatibility across multiple devices
- Integration with other application including Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools
- Include a description of the solution capabilities to utilize API connectivity and other forms to integrate with hardware and software platform including Microsoft office suite, service management application like top desk, Sys-Aid, Abase, security system, public address system video surveillance system and existing Wan infrastructure
- Must be a cloud hosted system with peripherals for integration if needed
- Should be a SIP core-based system
- Must have inbound, local, long distance voice calling with the option to disable external, long distance or international calling per user or group
- Ring group
- Queues and call center
- Call hold
- Call waiting
- Caller ID
- Multi-way calling
- Call transfer
- Voice conferencing
- Call paging
- Call forwarding
- Call rejection
- Do not disturb
- Web portal
