[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide virtual conference platform that will allow seamless synchronous program delivery to continue, and should be intuitive to navigate and customize by all stakeholders.
- This platform will ideally have registration built-in to provide a better user experience and reduce the need to manage multiple vendors and contracts; while potentially hosting content to create a lasting conference experience.
- The platform will support the delivery of numerous interactive, small and large group sessions, simultaneously while giving attendees the opportunity to network, when preferred.
- Integrated or linked secure payment portal.
- Either an integrated registration and payment portal or the ability to seamlessly integrate with Eventbrite. Various payment methods accepted and integrated with registration (e.g. VISA and Mastercard or major credit cards, cheque, PayPal).
- Allow for synchronous and asynchronous content delivery (live content delivery and pre-recorded, on-demand content delivery for the day of the event (e.g. housing of content on the site with links to mp4 or YouTube files)).
- Allow host to remove attendees or speakers from a session or the platform.
- Ability for users to toggle between different live or asynchronous sessions or networking.
- Allow for file sharing and uploads from host to attendees.
- Allow for sharing of web links from host to attendees.
- Allow attendees and speakers to test platform requirements prior to the event.
- Support the export of recorded presentations into a format that can be edited mp4 and saved on another platform e.g. YouTube.
- Support system-wide push notifications (e.g. updates from host to attendees or announces next key note session).
- Ability to have host send push notifications to attendees (limited to host function).
- In the messaging features, allow users or attendees to block or delete messages or turnoff chat function and notifications.
- Ability to provide platform-wide redirection of attendees (e.g. from breakout rooms to keynote).
- Support the customization of user or attendee profiles and program (e.g. build a schedule based on available programming).
- Optional French translation or view available.
- Waiting area for attendees with visuals and audio prior to the start of the event.
- Built in evaluation function to evaluate the event e.g. attendees feedback.
- Ability for users to access and participate in the event on tablet or smartphone.
- Ability to connect to various social media platforms.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
