[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third-party payroll service and system for comprehensive software licences(s) which will provide service efficiencies and enhanced access for staff, and reduce the administrative burden for Human Resource and Finance support services.
• Ability to maintain multiple rates of pay for employees;
• Ability to maintain employee training/certification data;
• Allow employees to be transferred between departments without re-entering profile information;
• Allows mass updates to multiple employee records;
• Tracks changes to employee records;
• Maintains employee profiles after termination;
• Allows employees access to prior-year T4 information at all times and beyond end of employment;
• Approver can view entire pay period onscreen at once (not multiple screens)
• Supports multiple levels of approval (i.e manager and then payroll);
• Automatically adjusts employment standards and provides notification of any changes made;
• Alerts casual staff to enter hours worked if not done within specified time period;
• Alerts approvers to approve time submitted by casual staff;
• Provides 24/7 support in addition to a dedicated customer service representative who is available during regular business hours
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
