[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide annual AutoDesk software maintenance subscription
- Access to software updates and enhancements (bug fixes, patches, upgrades),
- Access to an expedited online user-community support forum. Forum posts that are not responded to by the user-community are escalated to the Autodesk product support team if the user- community does not respond to the question within 24 hours. And, Autodesk will follow-up on any posts not marked as completed,
- Access to one-to-one Autodesk support for issues requiring privacy,
- Access to Autodesk online support, including a knowledge base with help documents, tutorials, training videos, and an extensive collection of Autodesk technical solutions and community support forum threads.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
