[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide of a fully hosted internet and telephone voting system, including required support and services, for the regularly scheduled 2022 municipal and school board elections.
- The system will further have the following goals: Enhance the efficiency of the voting process; Protect the integrity of the election process; Provide for greater access to independence in the voting process for all electors; Improve convenience and customer service for electors; and Uphold Ajax’s commitment to environmentally sustainable practices by eliminating paper ballot waste.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
