Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for new shift scheduling solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide new shift scheduling solution.
- During the generation of the transfer file, all users but one must exit the system, thereby making the system unavailable during that time
- The current solution only allows for a portion of staff to be included in the transfer file, and only one upload in a pay period can be processed
- The upload occurs at the end of the pay period after all entries have been entered, and creates very tight timelines for uploading of data into in order for HR to process payroll
- The current solution will not track absence quotas
- Automation of processes including staff availability, staff call-ins and shift exchanges
- Simultaneous access of multiple admin users to make changes to multiple employees, and at the same time, staff can access their schedule, request shift exchanges, etc.
- Daily shift rosters to be created from the schedule and made available to the dispatch centre
Administration
- Ability to operate on a variety of systems (IOS, Windows/Android)
- 24x7 System availability
- Access to schedules via mobile device or computer
- Staff to enter availability, time off requests, and shift exchanges
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
