Government Authority located in Ottawa, Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for language training services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide language training services for full-time and part-time French and English in-person and virtual language training in country’s official languages on an “as and when requested” basis to the government authority located in Ottawa, ON.
Full-time training:
- Location: Full-time training must be delivered at the contractor’s facility or virtually.
- Duration: The number of weeks per session will vary depending on the employee evaluation.
Part-time training:
- Location: Part-time training must be delivered either at the contractor’s facility or virtually, or facilities, as per student preference.
- Duration: The number of weeks per session for part-time will vary depending on the employee’s evaluation.
Online Training:
- Online tutoring must allow visual sharing and also communication.
- Provide monthly attendance report for each learner, with the learner’s signature and including the number of hours of instruction.
- Provide monthly learner progress report noting strengths and weaknesses, and suggesting areas for improvement to evaluate the learner’s progress vis-à-vis the objectives.
- Provide for each learner a mid-course assessment report to determine their improvement in their language proficiency levels, material completed, and the timeframe to access the next level.
- Provide exam preparation and practice.
- Encourage the learner to communicate in the language being taught.
- Maximize the learners’ speaking time.
- Choose varied activities relevant to the learners.
- Provide learners with regular feedback on their strengths and weaknesses in relation to the targeted objectives.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
