[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet monitoring, tracking and data management system for replacing the current GPS system used to track and report fleet activities including legislated winter control activities.
- There have been significant advances in fleet tracking technology in recent years
- Cloud based or on-premise
- Record management and storage according to city
- Provide business intelligence and data analytics capabilities
- Mobile platform and integration capabilities
- Collect linear and point asset data in the field using handled devices with GIS mapping capabilities
- Explanation of other enhanced features and functionally such as mobile capable asset data collection, records management support
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 23, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
