Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for image editing services for single bottle, grouped product and label images.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide image editing services for single bottle, grouped product and label images.
1. Composite supplied files and provide accurate clipping paths of bottles, labels and caps, or any other product within the image, as required.
2. Remove distracting reflections, soften edges on lighting, Remove back label show through where obvious / significant, fix marred labels and caps, remove dust & scratches, remove bottle seams and any imperfections in bottle.
3. Straighten bottles, labels, foils, and / or medallions, caps as required
4. When required, sizing product or cropping product, within provided template and creating a drop shadow, or manipulating provided drop shadow.
5. Provide a final file according to specifications and layered PSD file.
6. All retouching should be regarded as intended for commercial printing at 300 DPI.
7. Files must be named according to LCBO requirements as per APPENDIX D1 – Project Overview and Instructions
8. Vendors may be required to add additional metadata to files from time to time.
9. Vendors must have the capability in place to use an FTP site for data asset management and to securely transfer files via internet. Wetransfer and Dropbox are not acceptable.
10. Occasional courier deliveries to and from LCBO head office may be required
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
