[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graduate studies application software.
- web-based application to collect application information consistent with the information currently collected by the university’s in-house graduate application.
- Application system should be able to accept payments]
- Ability to provide a refund of the application fee
- ability to upload several different document types that may be over 3MB
- web application should have design features such as colours, fonts, navigation, and
general appearance as provided by the university in line with accessibility standards and branding. Ability to match University branding is highly preferred
- solution should be able to search programs by degree
- application should be available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance activities and backups.
- ability to submit multiple program choices per application, to a maximum number decided
- ability to partially complete the online application, save and return at a future time (prior to the end of the application cycle) to finish it.
- ability to open and close programs independent of citizenship status
- user-friendly of platform is highly preferred.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
