- app must provide universal accessibility and be easily recognized for anyone with a cell phone
- ability to disable a cell phone camera flash so that customers an option to opt in opt out.
- ability to generate escalation alerts
- ability to exclude inappropriate messages from reporting and analytics.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
