Government Authority located in Ontario; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic patient care software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an electronic patient care record software program for paramedic services. The Corporation requires an all-in-one software solution that can perform the following, but not limited to, tasks:
• Electronic Patient Care Report (ePCR)
• Creation and management of electronic Incident and Occurrence Report
• Real-Time View Integration with CAD and the software solution. For the purposes of, but not limited.
o Bi-directional communication with the Ambulance Communication Center (referred to as dispatch)
o Silent Dispatching (direct to service devices)
o Automatic data input in ePCR such as call number, times etc.
o Provide oral and mapped navigational direction to the call location without paramedic data input
o Dashboard demonstrating fleet status similar to, or better than the soon to be unsupported “Public Safety Suite” provided by FATPOT.
• Ability to provide ad hoc reports
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
