[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation and facility management software including consist of acquiring and implementing a software solution which supports program registrations, facility bookings, subsidy management, customized reporting and online services.
- Provide data migration.
- Replace the existing Active Network MaxGalaxy software solution.
- For a cloud-based recreation system solution, database storage and backup servers are preferred to reside.
- The proponent to provide data migration services that include analysis and data mapping, extraction of legacy data, data cleansing and transformation, loading and validation of data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
