(1) Vendor needs to provide third party collection services to the government authority located in Ontario.
- Locate offenders and collect outstanding POA defaults fines arising from charges laid by municipal, provincial and federal enforcement agencies.
- locate debtors, at the contractor, using all available means, including but not limited to, address and phone number scrubbing software, skip tracing software, credit bureau, of transportation searches.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2020
